Safe District Heating and Improved Environmental Performance

For Hässleholm Miljö AB, Rodoverken built a 15,000 m³ accumulator to enhance the delivery reliability of district heating, improve environmental performance, and reduce oil consumption.

A significant challenge was the lighting design, where the architect’s and lighting designer’s ideas were combined with Rodoverken’s technical solutions to create a unique aesthetic.

Per Haker at Hässleholm Miljö states, “Rodoverken is extremely result-oriented and solution-focused. We have had a very positive working environment throughout the project.”

The collaboration resulted in a successful project that exceeded expectations, both functionally and aesthetically.

Rodoverken, commissioned by Västvatten AB, has carried out an extensive project in four phases, constructing four new drinking water reservoirs to ensure the water supply in Uddevalla Municipality. The third reservoir, located on Brattåsberget, Uddevalla, has a shell height of 7 meters and a diameter of 25 meters.

Luleå Energi AB – Resource-Efficient System with Energy Recovery at Multiple Levels 

The accumulator tank built for Luleå Energi has a volume of 32,000 m³ and serves as an energy storage unit for the city, contributing to a more efficient district heating system in Luleå.

The accumulator tank built for Jönköping Energi has a capacity of 39,400 m³ and serves as a safety measure for the city during production outages.

Göteborg Energi AB – Fossil-Free District Heating and Smoother Operation

Göteborg Energi chose Rodoverken to construct a new accumulator tank in Skarvikshamnen, near the Rya combined heat and power plant. The project encompassed everything from planning to completion within the framework of an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solution.
