Whistleblower System

Rodoverken’s whistleblower system – when you need to report serious misconduct

If you experience or suspect that someone in our organization or project is committing serious misconduct, or if you observe other serious irregularities, you should report them.

When you feel that someone in your vicinity is committing serious misconduct or you see other serious irregularities, you should first report this to your immediate supervisor or their manager. If you feel that you cannot speak to either of these individuals about the situation, we at Aenigma have a special whistleblower system in place to handle serious cases.

When you report through the whistleblower system, your submission will remain completely anonymous. It will be handled by an external company, which will then contact Aenigma’s evaluation group.

How does the system work?

When you make a report via the whistleblower system, the case is managed by an external party that registers the report, anonymizes it, reports the submission to Aenigma’s evaluation group, and then deletes the information. This ensures that your anonymity is maintained throughout the process.

What issues can I report?

When you experience serious misconduct or other significant irregularities occurring in your workplace or in your vicinity, you should report them. It is crucial that such suspicions are reported. In the first instance, you should report to your immediate supervisor or their manager, but if you feel you cannot speak to either of them, you should use the whistleblower system.

The whistleblower system is intended for reporting serious violations, and reports are taken very seriously. Because of this, we view any misuse of the whistleblower system as a serious matter, and such cases will be followed up.

Evaluation of the case

Once the case is submitted to Rodoverken, the evaluation group conducts an initial assessment of the report to determine how to handle the case. If necessary, an internal investigation will be initiated. In some cases, external investigators and/or legal advisors may be engaged to assist with the investigation.

Investigation and action

Once the investigation is complete, it will be reviewed by Rodoverken’s corporate management and company leadership. Together, they will decide on the actions that need to be taken. When required, the case will be forwarded for further handling by the relevant authorities.
